If you do not yet have a listing in the Artists’ Registry Directory on sjima.org, please complete all sections of this form. Not sure if you already have a listing? Visit the Artists’ Registry Directory to check — listings are organized alphabetically by last name.

TO UPDATE AN EXISTING LISTING:

If you already have a listing in the Artists’ Registry Online Directory, use this form to submit any updates. Please complete the “About You & Your Listing” section in full, then provide information only in the sections you wish to add or update, including submission of a new artwork image (if applicable).

ABOUT YOUR DIRECTORY ARTWORK SUBMISSION

Do not use quotes. Use capitalization for exactly as you want it to appear in the exhibition.

Examples include "oil on canvas", "bronze", "acrylic on wood", etc.

DIMENSIONS OF WORK

All dimensions should be entered in INCHES ONLY. Use numbers only (no special characters). For example, if your work is 24 inches high, enter 24 with no "inches" sign.

Use for sculptural or three-dimensional work only.

ARTIST STATEMENT

Enter your artist statement exactly as you would like it to appear (capitalization, spelling, etc). Statements are limited to 75 words or less.

IMAGE UPLOAD

JPG format. Not to exceed 8064 pixels in horizontal or vertical dimensions. A typical photo taken with your phone is 8064 x 4536 pixels.
