The world that surrounds me is my inspiration and Muse. I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. My love of nature was encouraged by my father who was an engineer turned artist when he retired. Currently my work depicts the avian species who are at risk of extinction in the near future. It is wished that by viewing the work you may appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of the birds and work to preserve then in our world. Once they are gone, they are gone, and our grandchildren may not have the pleasure of experiencing them in the wild. In order to do this we must work to preserve their environment. By preserving their environment we are also preserving the environment and lives of all the creatures within.
