About the Event
In this hands-on class, we’ll be using air dry clay to sculpt creepy creatures, just in time for the decorating this Halloween season. We’ll talk about using wire to support appendages like horns and arms, as well as different techniques for applying color and decoration.
About the Instructor - Lauryl Gaumer
Lauryl Gaumer is a sculptor and mixed-media artist who loves helping people discover the joy of making things by hand. Working with materials like glass, metal, and clay, Lauryl explores how art can tell stories and spark imagination. She enjoys sharing simple techniques that invite everyone—kids and grown-ups alike—to experiment, play, and create.
