Artist Statement:
While working as a gemologist and antique jewelry specialist in NYC, I was inspired by gems and pearls and how they’ve been worn throughout history. Once back in the PNW, I learned the skill of hand knotting on silk and started creating jewelry to be worn and treasured, daily.
