FEBRUARY 26 TAKE-HOME ART PACKS: A FANCIFUL SNOW CREATURE

Snow creatures are found in myths and legends around the world. The fabulous Snow Maiden of the Slavic tales, the Snow Husband of the Native American legends, the Nordic Snow Queen and the Japanese Winter Lady. This project invites you to create a snow creature of the most mysterious kind. Maybe it comes from the Arctic or the frozen continent of Antarctica, or perhaps it's a visitor from outer space riding a comet! MATERIALS provided by SJIMA: Paper coffee cups, white coffee filters, blue fuzzy stick, blue feathers, googly eyes, and a picture of the prototype.
