Carve a beautiful, small animal using simple and safe techniques with renowned sculptor Tom Small.
About the Instructor - Tom Small
Tom Small is an accomplished sculptor whose beautiful carvings are inspired by nature and a lifelong love of wild places. He has been creating art since he was a kid whittling bits of wood and went on to study sculpture at the University of Washington. Today, Tom lives and works on Cady Mountain here on San Juan Island, where he builds his pieces surrounded by old-growth forests and the wildlife that inspires him.
